Single and Three-Axis Fluxgate Magnetic Field Gradiometers
Bartington produces both single and three-axis fluxgate magnetic field gradiometers to meet requirements for measuring the gradient of magnetic fields, whether in a single vector direction or in X, Y and Z directions.
Grad-01-1000L Fluxgate Gradiometer Sensor - high precision, high stability fluxgate gradient sensor with a one-metre baseline, for detection of magnetic anomalies to a depth of up to ~4m.
Grad601 Single Axis Magnetic Field Gradiometer System - easy to use portable system comprising one or two Grad-01-1000L sensors, a data logger and a battery power supply, useful in archaeological prospecting, forensics and UXO detection.
Grad-03 Three-Axis Magnetic Field Gradiometer - land (L) and marine (M) versions with 300/500/750mm baseline and analog correction unit for correction of scaling, offset and alignment errors, used in UXO detection, pipe & cable location and geophysical surveys, Grad-03M operates to a depth of 5000m.
Grad-03ACU Analog Correction Unit - provides a bipolar supply for the gradiometer and gives a visual readout of the gradient outputs with a resolution of 1nT.
