Bartington is experienced in developing and manufacturing magnetic field measurement instruments for the particular requirements of the aerospace sector.

Spacemag is our first instrument designed specifically for the demanding environment of space. 

Our versatile range of Mag-03 Three-Axis Sensors provide heading measurements for aerospace guidance systems, e.g. in UAVs (Unmanned Aerial Vehicles) and NASA sounding rockets.

Mag-03 Sensors are also used to supply the directional magnetic information to compensate for airframe induced errors in airborne magnetic surveys. Mag-03 Sensors and the Mag-01H Declinometer/Inclinometer System are used in compass calibration of aircraft.

With its high shock and vibration specifications over a wide temperature range, the Mag629 Aerospace Qualified Three-Axis Magnetic Field Sensor is preferred for military applications.
